3. Visit the District Officer's Office
1. Arrive early at the District Officer's (D.O.) office in your area.
2. See the officer on duty, who will give you a small form to fill out.
3. Return the form and documents to the appropriate officer. You may need to return on another day.
4. Thumbprints and Signatures
1. The officer will take your thumbprints.
2. You'll receive forms to be signed by various authorities:
